Article 1 - Definitions

Hereinafter we will designate:

  • “Site” or “Service”: the site https://www.basketcampspro.com and all of its pages.

  • "Publisher": Basket Camps 06, legal or natural person responsible for the editing and content of the Site.

  • "User": the Internet user visiting and using the Services of the Site.

These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “T & Cs”) are offered by the Site Editor. Article 5 - Access and availability of the Site

Article 10 - User contribution to the content of the Site

Article 13 - Applicable law

These T & Cs are governed by and subject to French law.

Unless there are provisions of public order, any disputes which may arise in the context of the execution of these T & Cs may, before any legal action, be submitted to the assessment of the Site Editor with a view to an amicable settlement.

It is expressly recalled that requests for amicable settlement do not suspend the time limits for instituting legal proceedings.

Unless otherwise provided for in public order, any legal action relating to the execution of these T & Cs must be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of the place of domicile of the defendant.
